On this Diwali, Two most awaited Tamil movies, Vijay starring in Bigil and Karthi starring in Kaithi are getting released. Which movie wins this Diwali is really a tough question to answer.
Vijay is acting with Vivek, Nayanthara and Anandaraj first time after a decade. Bigil is expected to release more than 4000 screens worldwide which includes limited IMAX screens. The budget of the film is around 180 crores and the predicted earnings collected from pre-release is around 220 crores. Simultaneously the movie is getting released in Telugu under the title “Whistle”.
Kaithi is Lokesh Kanagaraj’s second film. His first film Maanagaram(2017) was a box office hit. There is no female lead in the movie.
