The second part of Endhiran is title 2.0 which is scheduled to release in the end of 2018. 2.0 features Rajinikanth in dual role – Dr. Vaseegaran and Chitti the robot and Akshay Kumar plays the negative role. The movie is considered to be the most expensive movie made till date in Indian Film industry with budget more than 500 crores. This film written and directed by S. Shankar is shot both in Tamil and Hindi and will be released in several other languages too. The movie is produced and distributed by Lyca productions. A.R Rahman composed the music for the flick. The teaser received more than 30 million views in 24 hours.
